Tanishka Building Solution has been supplying pre-engineered steel structures to businesses across Delhi NCR for a good while now, working out of our production base in Ghaziabad. Over the years our project list has grown to cover Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad itself, along with a handful of smaller industrial pockets scattered around the region. NCR has always been one of the busier construction markets in the country, and with land getting tighter and project timelines getting shorter, more companies are turning to steel over conventional brick-and-concrete builds. That's really where a lot of our work comes from these days.
Anyone who has tried to get a construction project through in Delhi, Noida, or Gurugram knows how much red tape and how little spare time there usually is. Faridabad and Ghaziabad have their own version of the same problem, mostly tied to older industrial zones where space is limited and every extra week of construction costs money. A pre engineered building deals with a lot of that pressure reasonably well, since most of the fabrication happens off-site in a controlled factory environment. By the time the steel reaches your plot, the bulk of the engineering work is already done, which usually cuts total build time by close to 40-50% compared to a standard RCC structure.
Design isn't copy-pasted from one site to the next either. Wind loading, soil type, and local seismic considerations all vary across NCR, and our structural team builds each project around the specific conditions of that plot rather than working off a generic template.
As a Pre Engineered Building Company in Delhi NCR, our work in the region covers a fairly broad mix - large warehouses for logistics and e-commerce operators, factory sheds for manufacturing clients, and a growing number of multi-storey steel buildings for offices and mixed-use developments. All of these are built as clear-span structures, meaning there are no internal columns breaking up the floor plan - something that matters a lot once a client starts planning racking systems, machinery layouts, or office partitions.
We don't stop at putting up the frame. Depending on what the project calls for, we also supply roofing sheets in a few different profiles, our aluminium roofing range, insulated decking sheets, and the Z and C purlins that form the secondary support system behind the main frame. For clients handling temperature-sensitive goods - pharma, dairy, food storage - we also build insulated cold storage units as part of the same package.
By now we've done enough projects across the region that local site conditions aren't much of a surprise anymore. There's ongoing work in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. It could be a straightforward warehouse in Noida, a multi-storey building in Gurugram, or a smaller roofing shed in Ghaziabad - either way, our own team handles the whole thing from the first site visit right through to handover, without routing the project through a chain of sub-contractors along the way.
Every project starts with a proper site survey and load analysis before any drawing gets finalized. From there we move into 3D structural modeling, so clients can actually see what they're paying for before a single piece of steel is cut. On the shop floor, cutting, drilling, and welding all run through CNC-controlled machines to keep tolerances tight, and every primary member goes through shot-blasting and a two-coat primer finish before it leaves the factory - not something we treat as optional, given how much humidity and pollution NCR sees through the year.
Once material reaches site, our erection crew works off a documented checklist covering everything from anchor bolt alignment to the final roof sheeting and flashing. It's a fairly unglamorous, step-by-step process, but it's also why a good number of our NCR clients keep coming back when they're ready to add capacity.
Steel is recyclable, and PEB construction just doesn't produce the kind of on-site waste that traditional building methods do. For businesses in Delhi NCR trying to balance budgets against long-term operating costs, that trade-off tends to make sense fairly quickly. Less wasted material, fewer workers required on site, and if a business ever needs to relocate or expand, doing that with a steel structure is a lot simpler than it would be with brick and concrete. Our pricing stays competitive throughout the project, which is usually why PEB ends up being one of the more sensible ways to scale industrial or commercial space anywhere in the region.
Our design office prepares complete structural drawings and fabrication sheets before any material gets ordered, which keeps wastage down and gives clients a reasonably accurate budget from the start. Since framing, purlins, and sheeting all come out of the same facility, there's no back-and-forth between multiple vendors - something that tends to slow smaller projects down more than people expect.
We also design with future expansion in mind. Most industrial units in NCR start smaller than they eventually need and expand within a couple of years once operations pick up. Our clear-span structures are built with extendable end bays, so adding length to an existing warehouse or shed later doesn't mean redesigning the structure from the ground up.
Our structures across Delhi NCR support a fairly wide mix of industries - automotive components, textiles, food processing, 3PL and warehousing, cold chain, e-commerce fulfilment, and light engineering, among others. Each of these has different priorities. A food processing unit needs interiors that are easy to clean and maintain, while a logistics warehouse cares more about dock height and floor loading than almost anything else. We try to design around the actual use case rather than pushing the same layout on every client that walks in.
How long does a PEB project in Delhi NCR usually take?
Most projects wrap up somewhere between 60 and 120 days from design finalization to handover, depending on size and complexity - noticeably faster than conventional construction.
Can we expand a building after it's already built?
Generally, yes. Since our designs are modular, additional bays can usually be added to either end of a warehouse or factory shed without disturbing what's already standing, as long as there's enough space on site.
Do you handle design as well as construction?
Yes, we manage the full process ourselves - design, fabrication, transport, and erection - so there's one accountable team from start to finish rather than several separate vendors.
If you're planning a new industrial facility, thinking about expanding an existing site, or just want to understand what a pre engineered building could look like for your business in NCR, it's easiest to talk it through directly with our team.
